Tamweeli ASSIST helps SMEs to improve their accounting and business sales management.

Tamweeli Assist was created to offer financial literacy awareness and training to businesses, with a focus on bookkeeping and account management. Through the program, the Tamweeli team works with SMEs and would-be entrepreneurs to adopt accounting software to better manage their cashflow, review finances,and analyze financial statements and indicators.

Tamweeli Assist sponsors 80% of the cost of accounting software licenses during their first year of usage.Tamweeli Assist also pairs these enterprises with an undergraduate accounting student.Over the course of a year-long internship, the accounting student will support the continuous implementation of the enterprise software while gaining valuable work experience.

Tamweeli will pair the se=me with a bookkeeper who will assist the recording of the transactions.

 

Who can benefit from Tamweeli ASSIST?

A simple procedure!

Step 1

The request can be submitted by filling in the form, or by contacting our team directly by e-mail at support@tamweeli.org or by phone .

Step 2

Our business advisor will contact the sme to give a detailed presentation of Tamweeli ASSIST’s services, and to carry out a quick initial assessment of the suitability of ERP for the company. If necessary, our consultant will propose a diagnostic meeting.
This will enable us to determine the various objectives to be achieved by the accounting and/or sales software, and thus propose the solution best suited to the SME.

Step 3

Assessing a company’s needs in terms of accounting and sales management is crucial to determining whether a solution needs to be implemented, as well as the choice of solution. This involves analyzing the company’s information flow, accounting and sales practices, as well as inventory and sales management methods.

This will enable us to determine the various objectives to be achieved by the accounting and/or sales software, and thus propose the solution best suited to the SME.

Step 4

Based on the diagnosis, our business consultant will suggest a software solution with its various functionalities. He’ll send the sme the solutiion’s description , and it can also take advantage of a demonstration session with the software integrator.

Step 5

Installation, configuration and training on the solution. Periodic visits by the business advisor are then scheduled to support the company in using the software and exploiting its data for one year, providing training and trainees as required.
